मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस मुख्यालय ने जारी किए सख्त निर्देश, आपराधिक प्रकरणों और जांच में संलिप्त कर्मियों की थानों में तैनाती पर रोक

भोपाल, 17 जून 2025: मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस मुख्यालय, भोपाल ने आपराधिक प्रकरणों और विभागीय जांच में संलिप्त पुलिस कर्मियों की थानों में पदस्थापना के संबंध में सख्त आदेश जारी किए हैं। पुलिस आयुक्त (इंदौर/भोपाल) और समस्त पुलिस अधीक्षकों (रेल सहित) को भेजे गए इस आदेश में पूर्व में जारी दिशा-निर्देशों का कड़ाई से पालन करने पर जोर दिया गया है।

पुलिस मुख्यालय के संदर्भ पत्र (पुमु/3/कार्मिक/7/6192/14, दिनांक 15.10.2014) का हवाला देते हुए कहा गया है कि कई इकाइयां इन निर्देशों का पालन नहीं कर रही हैं। आदेश के अनुसार, जिन पुलिस कर्मियों के खिलाफ आपराधिक प्रकरण विवेचना या अभियोजन में लंबित हैं (दुर्घटना प्रकरण को छोड़कर) या जिनके खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार, नैतिक अधोपतन, शारीरिक हिंसा, और अवैध निरोध जैसे आरोपों पर विभागीय जांच चल रही है, उन्हें थानों, क्राइम ब्रांच, या किसी अधिकारी के कार्यालय में तैनात नहीं किया जाएगा।

पुलिस मुख्यालय ने सभी इकाइयों को निर्देश दिया है कि वे अपने यहां ऐसे पुलिस कर्मियों की पहचान कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करें और इसका पालन प्रतिवेदन सहायक पुलिस महानिरीक्षक (कार्मिक) को ई-मेल (aig_admin2@mppolice.gov.in) पर प्रेषित करें। साथ ही, भविष्य में इन निर्देशों का सख्ती से पालन सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया गया है। यह आदेश पुलिस महानिदेशक द्वारा अनुमोदित है।

Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters Issues Strict Orders on Posting of Officers Involved in Criminal Cases and Departmental Inquiries

Bhopal, June 17, 2025: The Madhya Pradesh Police Headquarters, Bhopal, has issued stringent directives regarding the posting of police personnel involved in criminal cases or departmental inquiries at police stations. The order, addressed to Police Commissioners (Indore/Bhopal) and all Superintendents of Police (including Railways), emphasizes strict compliance with previously issued guidelines.

Referring to the Police Headquarters circular (Pumu/3/Karmik/7/6192/14, dated 15.10.2014), the order notes that several units have failed to adhere to these guidelines. It reiterates that police personnel against whom criminal cases are under investigation or prosecution (excluding accident cases) or those facing departmental inquiries related to allegations of corruption, moral turpitude, physical violence, or illegal detention must not be posted at police stations, crime branches, or any officer’s office.

All units have been instructed to identify such personnel, take necessary action, and submit a compliance report to the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Personnel) via email at aig_admin2@mppolice.gov.in. Strict adherence to these directives in the future has also been mandated. The order is approved by the Director General of Police.

This move is seen as a significant step toward enhancing transparency and accountability within the police department.
