धान खरीदी की समय सीमा बढ़ाने की मांग की किसान सभा ने

रायपुर। अखिल भारतीय किसान सभा से संबद्ध छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा ने राज्य में धान खरीदी की समय सीमा बढ़ाने की मांग की है।

आज यहां जारी एक बयान में छत्तीसगढ़ किसान सभा के संयोजक संजय पराते, सह संयोजक ऋषि गुप्ता और वकील भारती ने कहा है कि राज्य में अभी तक 3.17 लाख से ज्यादा लघु और सीमांत किसान संग्रहण केंद्रों में अव्यवस्था के कारण एक दाना अनाज भी नहीं बेच पाए हैं। औसत भूमिधारिता को ध्यान में रखा जाएं, तो इन किसानों द्वारा उत्पादित धान की मात्रा लगभग 10 लाख टन है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा घोषित समर्थन मूल्य पर इस धान की कुल कीमत 3100 करोड़ रुपए होती है। यदि सरकारी खरीदी की समय सीमा नहीं बढ़ाई जाती, तो इन छोटे किसानों को अपनी फसल खुले बाजार में औने-पौने दामों पर बेचने के लिए मजबूर होना पड़ेगा।

उल्लेखनीय है कि सरकारी आदेश के अनुसार कल धान खरीदी का अंतिम दिन है। किसान सभा नेताओं ने कहा है कि धान उपार्जन से बचने के लिए राज्य सरकार ने अनेक तरह के बहाने बनाकर खरीदी की रफ्तार धीमी की है। यदि भाजपा राज्य सरकार द्वारा लागू 21 क्विंटल प्रति एकड़ के पैमाने को भी गणना में लिया जाएं, तो ऐसे किसानों की संख्या 6 लाख से ऊपर पहुंच जाती है, जो अभी तक अपना पूरा धान नहीं बेच पाए हैं। ऐसे में धान खरीदी की समय सीमा को बढ़ाने की जरूरत है।

*Kisan Sabha demands extension of time limit for paddy purchase*

Raipur. Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha, affiliated to All India Kisan Sabha, has demanded to extend the time limit for paddy procurement in the state.

In a statement issued here today, Chhattisgarh Kisan Sabha convenor Sanjay Parate, co-convenor Rishi Gupta and Vakil Bharti have said that till now more than 3.17 lakh small and marginal farmers in the state have not been able to sell even a single grain of crop due to the chaos in the collection centres. If the average landholding is taken into consideration, the quantity of paddy produced by these farmers is approximately 10 lakh tonnes. The total value of this paddy at the support price declared by the state government is Rs 3100 crore. If the deadline for government procurement is not extended, these small farmers will be forced to sell their crops in the open market at throwaway prices.

It is noteworthy that according to the government order, tomorrow is the last day for paddy procurement. Kisan Sabha leaders have said that to avoid paddy procurement, the state government has slowed down the speed of procurement by making various excuses. If the scale of 21 quintals per acre declared by the BJP state government is also taken into account, the number of farmers who have not yet been able to sell their entire paddy reaches above 6 lakh. In such a situation, there is a need to extend the time limit for paddy procurement.
